Do not assume a portable concentrator, stationary concentrator and oxygen cylinder are interchangeable. Airline approval, transport restrictions and hotel arrangements must be checked separately. For urgent breathing problems, seek emergency medical care instead of submitting a rental request.

Daily rental and location details
Select the dates and times when you need the item and review the rental period and price shown for that item. Provide the full hotel or villa name, exact address, lead guest name and a reachable contact number. Some hotels require advance authorization for delivery staff. Please arrange this with your hotel before delivery. We hand over equipment at the hotel lobby when access is permitted, or at the security gate if entry is not authorized.
Return somewhere different
You may request collection at another hotel or location. Enter the complete collection address in the rental form or contact our team if it cannot be selected. Review the rental period, item rate, delivery, collection and selected extras in your booking breakdown before paying. A different collection address or a later change may affect the price and route; any revised arrangements must be confirmed with our team. Confirm the collection time and meeting point with our team. Hotel access restrictions may also affect collection. Keep the equipment and all supplied accessories ready for the agreed handover; leaving them unattended at reception does not confirm that collection is complete.
Before accepting the delivery
Check the delivered model against the confirmation and ask for instructions on normal use, storage and return. Report visible damage or missing accessories before use. Keep the booking reference available so a concern can be attached to the correct rental. If the equipment does not match the agreed requirements, contact the team before attempting to adapt it. Replacement arrangements depend on the item and local availability.
Agree a handover that works for you
Some hotels require advance authorization for delivery staff. Please arrange this with your hotel before delivery. We hand over equipment at the hotel lobby when access is permitted, or at the security gate if entry is not authorized. Room delivery, carrying equipment from the handover point, assembly and personal assistance are not automatically included. If you need any of these arrangements, discuss them with the hotel and our team before booking and obtain confirmation. Agree who will receive the equipment and share a reachable contact number. Hotel reception may receive it only if the hotel and our team have agreed this in advance. Tell us promptly if your arrival time changes.
Plan for the unexpected
Discuss how to report a problem and what support is available during your rental period. If your flight is delayed, tell the team whether delivery should move or whether an agreed contact can receive the equipment. Do not assume that a substitute product will have the same dimensions or features. Review a proposed replacement against the requirements in your confirmation before using it. Equipment availability may change, so arrangements for a replacement or extension must be confirmed directly.
Keep the rental and your care arrangements separate
Equipment delivery does not automatically include personal care, lifting assistance, supervision or a clinical assessment. Identify the tasks you need help with and arrange appropriate assistance in advance. A familiar device can still need a different setup in a holiday room. Follow the supplier’s instructions and seek advice from your usual care professional when a suitability question arises. You do not need to include a diagnosis in a general rental request; describe the practical features you require instead.
