Regular journeys to rehabilitation
Organise transport for a single appointment or a planned series of visits. Send the clinic name, appointment dates and arrival times, then agree the return arrangement. A recurring appointment needs each journey included in the schedule.
The entrance and the handover
Ask the clinic where the vehicle should stop and who can receive you. Explain whether a companion travels and whether you remain seated in your wheelchair. Transport support and clinical care are different services; any assistance beyond the agreed journey needs to be arranged explicitly.
