When are my arrangements confirmed?
Check the written confirmation from each provider. An enquiry or planning guide does not by itself reserve a vehicle, hotel room, tour or rental item.
When is my booking confirmed?
An enquiry is a request for review. For online bookings, check the successful payment result and written booking confirmation. A declined or pending payment is not a completed paid reservation.
Where can I read cancellation and refund conditions?
Review the booking terms and the conditions shown for your selected service before accepting them. Refunds, cancellation deadlines and changes depend on those conditions; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
