Information used to arrange your request
The request form records your name, email, dates, selected service, locations and practical access notes. These details are used to review and manage your request. Avoid sending diagnoses, prescriptions, passport copies or payment-card information in the general form. The team may arrange a separate appropriate channel if a specialist supplier needs additional information.
Access to your booking
Keep your booking reference and private access code secure. Anyone with these details and the matching email address can view the limited request status and send a change request. The code is stored as a one-way hash. To request correction or deletion of your data, contact the business through the contact details supplied with your quotation. Applicable retention obligations may affect when information can be removed.
Providers and communications
Relevant operational details may need to be shared with the providers arranging your requested service. Do not submit information about another traveler without their agreement. Requests are kept for service coordination and applicable record-keeping needs. Ask the team for the provider’s identity, contact details and the conditions that apply to your quotation before confirming a service. Payment arrangements, if offered, are supplied separately.
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers to help you plan the next step.
When is my booking confirmed?
An enquiry is a request for review. For online bookings, check the successful payment result and written booking confirmation. A declined or pending payment is not a completed paid reservation.
Where can I read cancellation and refund conditions?
Review the booking terms and the conditions shown for your selected service before accepting them. Refunds, cancellation deadlines and changes depend on those conditions; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
