Start with the official e-ticket website
The Dominican Republic e-ticket is the electronic entry and exit form used for passengers on commercial flights. Complete it through the official government e-ticket portal. The government service is free. A paid form-filling website is a separate service and is not required simply to access the official form.
Use the current instructions on the portal for your journey. Entry conditions depend on the traveller and can change; check the official entry requirements and your airline’s document guidance before departure. Completing an e-ticket does not replace a passport, visa where required, airline check-in or a boarding pass.
Keep the right journey details together
Before you start, have your passport, flight booking and the full address of your Dominican Republic accommodation available. Check the spelling of names against the travel document. Use the actual flight and travel dates from your booking, especially when an overnight journey arrives on the following calendar day.
If a companion helps you complete the form, review the entered information together before submitting. Follow the official portal’s instructions for accompanying travellers rather than assuming one person’s confirmation automatically covers everyone. Keep the resulting confirmation or QR code available offline, with a backup that you can reach during the journey.
Arrange mobility assistance separately
The e-ticket is not a request for airport wheelchair assistance. Contact your airline about assistance, transfers to an aircraft seat and the carriage of your own mobility device. Ask the airline which specifications or documents it needs for a powered wheelchair or scooter; do not put battery or medical information into an unrelated transfer enquiry.
Your road transfer is another booking. Send the transport provider your flight number, passenger and luggage count, full hotel name and the dimensions needed to match the vehicle. Check the Punta Cana wheelchair arrival guide for coordinating the handover from airport assistance to your driver.
Prepare for the return journey
Check the exit-form instructions again before your return flight. Keep immigration paperwork, airline documents and your transfer confirmation together but treat them as different records. If your flight or accommodation changes, follow the official instructions for updating the affected information and tell your transport provider about the revised pickup.
For the journey between the airport and your accommodation, use our accessible transfer booking page. Booking transport does not submit an immigration form on your behalf.
