Describe the help you want during the day
Tell us which practical tasks you would like help with: meeting at reception, accompanying an outing, finding a meeting point or coordinating a handover. Include the dates, hours, languages and places involved so the scope can be agreed.
Agree the boundaries before travel
Companionship, personal care, lifting and clinical tasks require different arrangements. Explain what you need and request written confirmation of the support available. Equipment rental or a driver does not automatically include a dedicated assistant.
