Use this service for a scheduled clinic or hospital visit when the agreed transport arrangement suits your needs. Include the building, department entrance, appointment time and contact person. The main hospital entrance may not be the most useful drop-off for your appointment.
Waiting or a separate return pickup
Tell us whether you expect a short visit or an uncertain finish time. Agree a waiting arrangement or a way to request collection. This is non-emergency transport and does not provide an ambulance or clinical treatment.
