Samaná panoramic outing: planning your visit

Distances and journey times vary with your starting point. A road outing does not automatically include whale watching, boats, waterfalls or beach access. These require a separate assessment and provider arrangement.

Suggested itinerary

Pickup and vehicle checks · Coastal drive · Confirmed viewpoint or waterfront stop · Return to accommodation

Access details to confirm

We check vehicle boarding, surfaces, gradients, steps, distances, toilets and rest breaks with the relevant providers. Share wheelchair dimensions and whether you remain seated in your wheelchair during transport. Your practical requirements determine the final route.

PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE

Access arrangements

Vehicle boarding and wheelchair positions

Confirm whether you remain in your wheelchair, its dimensions and the required boarding method. Passenger seats and wheelchair positions are checked separately.

Surfaces, steps and distances

The final stops depend on reviewed surfaces, gradients, entrances and distances. Share the route conditions you can comfortably manage.

Toilets and rest stops

Toilet access, shade and rest breaks are checked for the specific venues in the final itinerary.

Assistance and companion requirements

Discuss support for boarding, pushing a chair or personal care in advance. A driver or guide does not automatically provide personal assistance.

Equipment and measurements

Bring your usual mobility equipment or request a separately quoted rental. Model, dimensions and availability must match your requirements.

Weather, alternatives and restrictions

Outdoor stops depend on weather and local operations. Alternative stops and any changes to the price are agreed with you.

Not included

Meals, admission and guide services unless listed in your final proposal.
Equipment rental and personal assistance unless specifically arranged.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to help you plan the next step.

Are all stops step-free?

Access varies by route and venue. Check steps, surfaces, slopes, walking distances, toilets and vehicle boarding in the individual tour details. Ask for confirmation of the points that are essential to your visit.

Can companions and children join the excursion?

Include every passenger and the ages of children in your request or booking. Prices, child seats, vehicle capacity and activity restrictions vary. Confirm the total group before checkout.

When is my booking confirmed?

An enquiry is a request for review. For online bookings, check the successful payment result and written booking confirmation. A declined or pending payment is not a completed paid reservation.

Where can I read cancellation and refund conditions?

Review the booking terms and the conditions shown for your selected service before accepting them. Refunds, cancellation deadlines and changes depend on those conditions; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
